Snippet from Sally… I wonder if you were lucky enough to be in the OLLI lobby on Tuesday @ noon? Theresa Pizzuto and her International Folk Dance students presented a fabulous demonstration. Throughout the fall term they have been learning dances from countries and cultures all over the world. It was such fun to get a glimpse of what they have been doing. After the performance, Theresa invited those in the audience to join her class as she taught Nigun Atik which is an Israeli folk dance. I couldn’t resist the opportunity to join in!! I had a ball with my first attempt even if I had to fake the part where you had to snap your fingers! Thank you Theresa!!
