The Final Stretch

So the countdown until graduation is on…May 9, here I come! Until then, I’ve got a few things to accomplish…

  1. Finals are upon us! I completed my teapot (!!!) for my Ceramics class, but I have final research due in both Sociology classes (one due tomorrow and one Tuesday) and a final exam for my history class on Monday.
  2. Packing has begun! Since I will be moving right from Furman to my new house in Columbia, I have been worried about just how easily my dad will be able to cram all of my belongings into 2 mid-size cars. Luckily, I have some great friends who are from Columbia, and have already made a trip to offload some larger items (planning to make another drop-off trip tomorrow as well!)
  3. Most importantly, my goal is to spend as much time as possible with my beautiful friends. I’ve been able to reflect on the most cherished aspect of my Furman experience, and it is most assuredly my friendships. So while I have a lot of packing, cleaning, and studying to do, the most essential aspects of the precious few days I have left is to spend time with friends.

I’ll keep you posted on how it all goes! 🙂 More to come soon!
