FUEL Meal Ideas

FUEL is a plate-based approach to healthful eating.  Simply fill one half of your plate with colorful vegetables and fruits, one quarter with whole grains or potatoes, and one quarter with lean protein sources (beans, fish, poultry, low-fat dairy, etc.).
