Tuesday is the last day of class and final exams begin on Thursday. We know this week might be a little stressful. So recharge yourself at the James B. Duke Library with yoga sessions and healthy grub! The library has partnered with the Department of Health Sciences, the Furman Culinary Club, and the Furman Fitness Center to help you relieve some of your stress.
Stress can cause a productivity decline. So take a break from studying and join one of the yoga sessions. Yoga mats will be provided and all skill levels are invited to participate.
