Yoga by the Lake

Beginner yoga postures guided by deep breathing and relaxation. Bring your own yoga mat.

9-10 am, Amphitheater by the Lake (Rain location: PAC dance studio)

Mindfulness Session

Led by Dr. Meghan Slining, Health Sciences/ Public Health
