Lori Nelsen (Earth and Environmental Science) and Chef David Porras will be offering healthy cooking workshops for employees this fall in the Herring Center. Participants will have the opportunity to sample delicious farm to table cuisine. Lori and David will open a new farm to table restaurant called Oak Hill Café on Poinsett Highway late in 2018.
