Green Monster Smoothies
Looking for a way to sneak more dark green leafy vegetables in your diet?
This Green Monster Smoothie recipe is GUARANTEED to make more spinach lovers! It turns a beautiful bright green color but you only taste the fruit!
We enjoy this smoothie for an afterschool snack or with our weekend morning breakfasts.
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
4-6 cups of fresh spinach or kale leaves (you won’t taste it!)
2 cups of orange juice
2 cups of frozen pineapple
Combine all ingredients in a blender until well combined.
