Meet our newest member of the library family, Megan Doremus. Megan is our new Web Content Specialist. Her job is “to make sure the library’s online presence is clear, helpful, and easy to navigate.” You can often find her by the library windows, “anywhere with a good view of campus.” 

Outside of her work, Megan is an avid reader. She credits her mom for instilling her love of reading through Little House on the Prairie books. Her most recent read is This Tender Land by William Kent Krueger. “It was amazing! I couldn’t put it down! I loved it so much I recommended it to a book club I’m part of, and it’s now our December pick. I’m really hoping the group enjoys it as much as I did.” 

If she’s not reading or working, she’s either line-dancing or spending time with her two-year-old cat named Charlie. “He’s about two years old and it’s been the longest two years of my life. I think he’s pretty much destroyed everything in my home.” There’s not a day that goes by that I’m not screaming, ‘Charlie, no!!!’ But I love the little critter.”
