The James B. Duke Library would like to welcome all incoming freshmen and their families during this week of orientation. While you’re here, please join us in the main library for a QR code tour/scavenger hunt of the libraries.
Throughout the hunt, you’ll learn about what the library has to offer. You’ll find a candy stash along the way and even get the chance to dress up the bust of Charlie Peace. Upon completing the scavenger hunt, incoming freshmen will receive a cool library t-shirt as a prize!
The hunt is available during all hours the library is open. Come to the Circulation Desk to get started.
We encourage you to do the hunt in pairs or groups – either with your classmates or with your family. If you don’t have a smartphone that can scan QR codes, you can borrow an iPad at the library Circulation Desk. We look forward to seeing you!
