OLLI Office hours are 8:30-5, Monday-Thursday, and 8:30-4 on Fridays. The office number is 864-294-2998.
In the event of inclement weather, OLLI follows the university schedule. If Furman closes, we will cancel OLLI classes and close the office. We will send an email and post on Facebook if there is a closing.

*OLLI@ Furman Website Update* We are excited to announce that our website will be getting a new look and design over the coming week. Please note outages on the website may occur during this transition. Please contact the OLLI Office at 864.294.2998, if you have an issue that requires immediate attention.

Check out the new edition of OLLILife! Find our quarterly magazine online or in the office. Congratulations to Editor, Sue Renault and her contributors on an outstanding issue!

*PARKING NOTE* OLLI members must purchase a parking sticker to park on campus. If you bought one in the fall, it’s still current. Members new to the winter term should come by the office to purchase theirs. As the office enters the decal info, you may receive an email from Parking@furman.edu. This is a result of the input process and can be disregarded. The sticker you receive at purchase is the only sticker required. Once you pay, you receive your decal and do not need anything else. Call the OLLI office with questions.
Handicapped parking is reserved for those who display a valid handicap permit. We ask you to keep in mind that there are a limited number of designated handicap spots at our building. Please do not park in the cross marked handicap loading areas located next to the handicapped spaces.

A Good Cup o’ Joe! We love offering the “perk” of bottomless coffee, tea and cocoa here at OLLI. Please keep a few things in mind. Food and drinks are NOT PERMITTED in the computer lab classroom (HC 104.) In all other rooms, we request that you use one of the disposable coffee cups with a lid or bring your coffee cup with a lid from home. You are also welcome to purchase a reusable OLLI coffee cup in the OLLI Office for $12. In case of a spill, please report it to the office, so we may clean up and keep our carpet stain-free.

Snippet from Sally.. Have you ever wondered about the history of OLLI Notes? According to our organization’s founder, Sarah Fletcher, the news document dates clear back to FULIR’s early days in the 1990’s when it was first called FULIR Facts. But think about that, only a smattering of our members had easy access to email then. Copies of the newsletter were printed for the office and placed in each classroom. It was the liaison’s job to read FULIR Facts out loud each week at the beginning of class. What a change today! OLLI Notes, almost exclusively electronic, is our go-to for information about, not only OLLI news, but happenings on campus and our community. I’ve even heard members call the office to ask what’s happening in Greenville during vacation
