OLLI NOTES January 25, 2019

The OLLI Office is open 8:30-5 Monday-Thursday, and 8:30-4 on Fridays. Our number is 864-294-2998.

TODAY–Fri, Jan 25 is the last day to drop classes to receive a refund or a credit to your package. If you switch to another class, there is no fee. If you drop a class without replacing it, there is a $10 fee.

Check out the new edition of OLLILife! Find our quarterly magazine online or in the OLLI Office. Also, check out the profiles of OLLILife contributors currently posted on the Herring Center bulletin board.

*PARKING NOTE* OLLI members must purchase a parking sticker to park on campus. If you bought one in the fall, it’s still current. Members new to the winter term should come by the office to purchase theirs. As the office enters the decal info, you may receive an email from Parking@furman.edu. This is a result of the input process and can be disregarded. The sticker you receive at purchase is the only sticker required. Once you pay, you receive your decal and do not need anything else. Call the OLLI office with questions.

February is Black History Month and OLLI leads off the month with a special Friday event. It includes the Task Force’s values and process, the history of Furman’s early ties to slavery, and recommendations for the university to address. Feb 1, HC 110, 1-3 pm. Please sign up in the OLLI office.
