Happy Fall All, the season has finally arrived! Hope you are enjoying this change of season.

OLLI Office hours are 8:30-5, Monday-Thursday, and 8:30-4 on Fridays. The office number is 864-294-2998.

Parking Permit: Thank you to everyone who has bought a parking sticker for 2018-19. If you still need to get yours, you can print and fill out a form here or pick one up in the OLLI Office. Everyone who comes to campus for OLLI courses or events needs to have one, even if you park only in the Herring Center lot. Cost is $10, which covers registering cars through the third-party vendor University Police use for traffic control and enforcement. Questions? Contact Nancy Kennedy.

WIFI Access If you are in need of internet access while on campus or while researching in the Furman Library, please come by the OLLI Office to request a network ID and WIFI Password.

Travel with OLLI! Interested in celebrating the work of one of the world’s most legendary architect as you visit some of his greatest works in the Midwest? Join us to learn more about an upcoming OLLI @ Furman Frank Lloyd Wright Architecture Masterworks Trip at an Interest Meeting on Wed, Oct.31 at 12:30 p.m. in HC113. We will share details about this upcoming trip offered by the travel committee. Please contact Heidi if you are unable to make the meeting, but interested in learning more.

Let’s Get Cooking! The 25th Anniversary “OLLI Cooks” Cookbook is now on sale! Thanks to all of our contributors, as well as, the Cookbook Committee. Purchase your copy beginning this Friday in the Herring Center Lobby or in the OLLI Office. These will make excellent holiday gifts! As you experiment with the recipes, share a photo of your completed dish on Instagram at #furmanollicooks. Price is $10, cash or check.

Sunday Sit Down Supper with Furman’s First Gentleman, Charles Davis and Executive Chef, Chris Harris. This engaging, entertaining evening will celebrate the publication of In the Kitchen at White Oaks, a look at recipes of the inhabitants of the Furman President’s house and will include inspiring stories, as well as a dinner created using recipes from the book.
