Engaged Library Student Assistants

Furman Engaged

Congratulations to the following Library Student Assistants who will be ‘engaged’ this Tuesday, April 12 during Furman Engaged!

Furman Engaged! celebrates the wide variety of undergraduate research, scholarship and creativity of our undergraduates. Launched by the Office of Undergraduate Research and Internships in 2009, this annual event brings our campus community and visitors together for a day of presentations, posters, and performances across Furman’s campus. Students present topics from a range of disciplines, from research in the sciences and humanities to creative works in the fine arts.

A schedule of the Furman Engaged! presentations, posters, and performances can be found in the Furman University Scholar Exchange (FUSE). FUSE isĀ an open access collection of scholarly, research, and creative works produced by faculty, students, staff, and other members of the Furman community. FUSE is administered by the Furman University Libraries in cooperation with individual departments and academic units of the University. FUSE collects the varied and diverse scholarly and research output of Furman University in one digital space, enabling the University to effectively promote and exchange the ideas produced by Furman scholars. Scholars interested in contributing to FUSE may electronically submit their research.
