Green Monster Smoothies & Yoga

We know this week might be a little stressful.  So recharge yourself on Study Day, Wednesday, April 30th, at the James B. Duke Library with yoga sessions and healthy grub!  The library has partnered with the Furman Culinary Club, the Department of Health Sciences, the Furman Fitness Center, and the Center for Teaching and Learning to help you relieve some of your stress.

Stress can cause a productivity decline.  So take a break from studying and join one of the yoga sessions.  Yoga mats will be provided and all skill levels are invited to participate.

Yoga Sessions : James B. Duke Library, Lower Level, Room 043

  • 5:00 – 5:30 p.m.
  • 6:00 – 6:30 p.m.
  • 7:00 – 7:30 p.m.

 

Healthy Snacks : James B. Duke Library, Lower Level, Room 041, 5:30-6:30 p.m.
