I really wanted to try okonomiyaki, I'm very jealous that you got the chance to do so, it sounds very delicious! Additionally, I think portion size has the most to do with how the Japanese stay so skinny. It's so much harder to eat light in America when restaurants provide such oversized portions in order to stay competitive in a highly competitive market.

I enjoyed my visit to Japan too. I had so many different foods and they all tasted great. I especially enjoyed the night at Kamakura because we all dressed Kimono during the fancy course dinner. I appreciated the trip because we were able to explore many different sides about Japan from Okinawa to Tokyo and from San'ya to Ginza(Although I was not there).

I didn't visit Ginza during my stay. I was a pity. The desserts looked really yummy. It is brutal to see and to think what made such a huge difference between San'ya and Ginza. I hope one day people in San'ya will be able to consume in Ginza through their efforts.

I am glad that we were able to see the different sides in Japan. I also enjoyed the free time we had been given. I enjoyed every aspects of Japan and I will have no hesitation to do a MayX trip again in the future.

I was excited to be at Japan too. I wished we could stay in Okinawa longer because I really enjoyed the quietness there. I enjoyed the stay at the Hotel where we could have our privacy. The location of the hotel was very convenient. It had a convenient store and a street with all the stores near it. I enjoyed my time at Okinawa.

It is such a creative blog! I cannot imagine how many times I lost in the station on my way to the hostel and how much coins I collected. I did not take many pictures because I just wanted to enjoy the trip. I carried my bag all the time because my passport was in it and it made my tired. I hope you will have fun in Hokkaido!

I do not understand why the airline would use Boeing-777 as a carrier from Okinawa to Tokyo. It was such a waste. But at the same time I did enjoy my own seats. I liked the public bath too. It was fresh. It would have been more awesome if I had some tea after the bath. I liked the tatami and the foods too.

It was so great that you visited the library. It seemed a huge library to me but I did not take a visit. I liked the lecture. It was a great lecture with a great professor. I met some interesting boys from Waseda and I wish I can help the girl from Waseda who is going to study at Furman next year. I also hope she can join the ASIA Club. lol

It was really interesting to see both sides in Japan. I am glad there were people providing free foods and other necessities. I hope one day some of them can get out of Sanya and live a better life. I also hope the Japanese government can make some new policies about the use of labors.
