Thanks to all of your responses to our Information Technology survey back in October, ITS is working harder than ever to make sure that your IT experiences on campus continue to meet and exceed your needs.
One thing we learned from the survey is that there may be confusion as to what to do if you have a problem connecting to wireless in your dorm.
All dorms have wireless internet here at Furman and if you have a problem accessing it, ITS wants to know so we can fix it! If you run into any problems connecting to wireless, you can email or call the IT Service Center (864-294.3277) so we can get started on solving the problem. You can also explore the Furman Wireless Network Webpage to see if your device is properly configured for the network.
Once you’re connected to the wireless network in your dorm, be sure to visit twitter and follow @furman_its stay up-to-date on what we’ve got planned for you this semester!
