The 2012 TechQual survey results are now available from the reports section of the IT Services website. The TechQual survey is an important tool for measuring technology service quality on campus. The survey results help us set Information Technology Services budget priorities, and will help measure progress toward several of the University’s information technology initiatives.  Our thanks to everyone who completed the survey.
