Life Update!

image-8I always knew that college would be MUCH BUSIER than high school; however, I never realized how much busier. I have had a lot going on so far this second semester, so I thought that I would update you on my most recent endeavors and involvements!

1. I participated in the Furman Pauper Player’s production of “Shrek the Musical”.
2. I received an “A” on my first chemistry test. Not gonna lie, I screamed a little on the inside when I got my test back.
3. I applied for the position of FRAD (First-year Residential Advisor)… and I was offered it!
4. I also applied for a spot in Greenbelt Housing… of which I was offered as well! BIG decisions ahead!
5. I am currently playing violin for the opera, “The Medium” by Menotti… which is a totally awesome experience! Not only are the singers and other instrumentalists incredibly talented, but they are also highly professional and a pleasure to work with.
6. This past weekend, I attended FUSAB’s Mardi Gras Ball! It was a fun event, and I hope that FUSAB sees to its return next year.
7. I also attended Engaged Living’s annual event, EL on Ice, in which we went to the Pavilion ice skating rink dressed up as our favorite super heroes and villains! Let it be known that I only fell ONCE.
8. I will become an OFFICIAL member of Kappa Kappa Gamma this coming weekend, and couldn’t be more excited.
9. I have FINALLY decided on a May Experience: Engaging Music. A May of Music sounds pretty cool to me 🙂
