Did you know you can use our Help Desk eRequest system at any time to see what’s being done to resolve your technology question? You can even use this system to ask for technology help. Some have described this system as “like Fedex tracking for help desk calls.”
You can also use the Help Desk eRequest to look up answers to common campus technology questions. You can find the Help Desk eRequest link in the Quick Links section of MyFurman.
